DashDocX (dashdocx.com) lets you build KPI dashboards and reports from numbers you enter or import. By creating an account or using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Your account
- You must give true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account has one dashboard type. Do not share one account between unrelated organizations.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Your data
The numbers, names and files you add stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the website for you: showing dashboards, building reports, backups and support.
You confirm you have the right to enter the data you add, including any personal data of other people.
Shared reports
A report can have a public link and QR code. Anyone with the link can read that report without signing in. You can turn the public link off or create a new one in Company profile. Do not put in a public report anything you do not want others to see.
What you must not do
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload malware, or try to gain access to other accounts, the server or the Admin area.
- Overload or scrape the website, or bypass limits and security.
- Use the website to mislead people with false figures presented as real.
Reports and insights
Dashboards, scores and written insights are calculated from the numbers you enter. They are tools to help you read your data. They are not professional, medical, safety, legal or financial advice. Check important decisions yourself.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or remove features, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Our responsibility
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for loss caused by wrong data you entered. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
